The Distant Selling Regulations 2000 allow: an internet; telephone; or magazine order 14 days to reject an item because they do not like it. The key test is did you see the item you are purchasing before you bought it. The vendor has no right to add administration fees. As long as the item is returned to them in a satisfactory condition they have to refund you in good time. The purchaser does have to cover the cost of the redelivery. Perishable items such as flowers are not covered by the regulations.rnrnThis is the opinion of Wexdon Financial Services and is not intended to recommend any course of action.rn
